بررسی جایگاه دلیل در گذار از اقلیم زیبایی‌شناسانه به اقلیم اخلاقی در اندیشۀ سورن کرکگور

چکیده
مسئلۀ چگونگی زیستن مطابق با حقیقت و پرسش‌های پیرامون آن، خصوصاً پرسش دربارۀ نسبت شناخت و اراده، از مباحث اصلی اندیشۀ اگزیستانسیالیستی سورن کرکگور است. تبیین او از نحوۀ شکل ‌بخشیدن به خود انسانی و دست‌یازیدن به انتخاب‌های آگاهانه در نظریۀ «اقلیم‌های وجود» صورت‌بندی شده است. یکی از مسائل مناقشه‌انگیز این نظریه چگونگی «گذار» فرد از مرحله‌ای از حیات به مرحلۀ دیگر و نسبت این گذار با دلیل است. مطابق دسته‌ای از تفسیرها، که نمونۀ شاخص آن تفسیر السدیر مکینتایر از گذار به اقلیم اخلاقی در کتاب «در پی فضیلت» است، گذار از مرحله زیبایی‌شناسی به مرحلۀ اخلاقی مبتنی بر «انتخاب بی‌معیار» است. دسته‌ای دیگر از تفسیرها این گذار را عقلانی و مبتنی بر دلیل می‌دانند و، با تبیینی درون‌گرایانه از دلیل کنش، بر این باورند که نتیجه‌گرفتن انجام گذار از طریق ژرف‌کاوی انگیزه‌ها «تحقق‌بخش» این گذار خواهد بود. در این مقاله، با تکیه بر یکی از مبانی انسان‌شناسی کرکگور، یعنی انفکاک فکر از فعلیت، و همچنین با تأکید بر رویکرد معرفت‌شناسانه خاص وی و تبیین ویژگی‌های شناخت سوبژکتیو، نشان خواهیم داد که گذار به ساحت اخلاق از منظر کرکگور واجد دلیل است، اما این دلیل صرفاً بیانگر شرط ضروری این گذار یعنی ارادۀ شورمندانه است و ازاین‌رو به‌خودی‌خود به این گذار تحقق نمی‌بخشد.

This article examines a central aspect of Søren Kierkegaard’s existential thought: the problem of living in accordance with truth, with particular attention to the dialectical relationship between knowledge and will. Kierkegaard’s exploration of how to shape the human self and choose authentically is articulated through his theory of "spheres of existence." A key debate in this context concerns the “transition” from one stage of life to another, and the role of reason in this process. On the one hand, some scholars argue that the transition from the aesthetic to the ethical mode of existence is based on “criterionless choice.” On the other hand, some scholars consider this transition to be a rational decision, with an internalist approach to reasons for action suggesting that deliberation on motivations can bring about the transition. Drawing on Kierkegaard's anthropology, which posits a separation between thought and actuality, and emphasizing his epistemological approach that defines subjective knowledge, this article concludes that, from Kierkegaard’s perspective, the transition to the ethical sphere is rooted in reason. However, this reason expresses only the necessary condition for the transition: passionate will. It does not, by itself, actualize the transition.
